Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Privacy Statement

Lens: A Multidisciplinary Research Study and Review Journal (LMRSR) is concerned with the privacy of its authors, reviewers, editors and readers. We will ensure that we safeguard personal information and that any data to be exchanged with the journal is done in a responsible manner that is secure and with proper reasons that are only legitimately academic and administrative.

Information We Collect

When interacting with the journal site and sending manuscripts, we can gather minimal personal and professional information about users. Such information could be:

  • Contact information (including email address) and name.
  • It is an institutional or organizational affiliation.
  • Learning qualifications or work experience.
  • Data on the submission of manuscripts and records of correspondence.

The collection of this information is only to make the process of publication, reviewing, and communicating easier.

How We Use Your Information

The personal information given to LMRSR is utilized in journal-related activities and they include:

LMRSR implements reasonable technical and administrative controls to protect the personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, and disclosure. Only authorized editorial and administrative staff, who are engaged in the operation of the journal, are allowed to access user information.

Confidentiality

Any manuscripts and comments of reviewers submitted are confidential documents. The identities of reviewers are not revealed without permission and unpublished material is not used to any personal advantage or beyond the editorial process.

Third-Party Links

The journal site can include links to other websites where one can refer or get information. The privacy practices and content of such external sites are not under the control of LMRSR and the users are advised to go through the privacy policies of such websites.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Statement can be revised on a periodic basis to incorporate new operational or legal developments. Any changes will be updated on this page in order to keep the transparency with our users.
